The Gospel of Jesus Christ Matthew 27:50 / Hebrews 4:14-16

    in The Bible

Word of Wisdom - Plain and Simple - Hosted by Dianne Adams, a servant of Gof - Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 8 PM Central time - Call in 347-945-7659  Prayer Line 504-289-9501
The Gospel of Jesus Christ Matthew 27:50 / Hebrews 4:14-16
The phrase “blood of Christ” is used several times in the New Testament and is the expression of the sacrificial death and full atoning work of Jesus on our behalf. References to the Savior’s blood include the reality that He that knew no sin literally bled on the cross, but more significantly that He bled and died for sinners. The blood of Christ has the power to atone the sins committed by all people throughout the ages.
To speak on the subject, I had to go back to see when and where the power of the blood or the lack thereof was first introduced to us in the Word of God.  God Himself first introduced the significance of the blood in the Garden of Eden.  When man fell and first knew he had sinned he felt naked, exposed and destined to die in his sin. He hid from God presence and felt the total separation from God, he became a dead man walking and inherited a sin nature.  You see sin separates us from God. It is true it happened, but because of God love for us He made a way out of no way to allow us to be able to come before Him, a way to redeem us from the penalty of sin, extended His righteousness toward us if we believe, we are then found not guilty.
The first prophesy was given by God Himself in Genesis 3:15 the coming of the alternate blood sacrifice that would come, shed His blood for the remission of our sin once and for all. After Adam and Eve sinned in the garden, God gave them skins of animals to cover up (Genesis 3:21). God made the first blood sacrifice for his people in the Garden; He showed His love for us at the beginning of our sinning.
    Come and join.

The Voice of Trinity! Both; The Jews & the Gentiles Are God's Workmenship!

    in The Bible

Both; The Jews & the Gentiles Are God's Workmenship! And, the Bible says, both were chosen before the earth's foundation! 1 Thessalonians 2:13 KJV, and Ephesians 2:10 KJV, clearly explains that.
God could have taken us up, right after we received Christ, but He left us on earth for a purpose. It's interesting that the whole chapters of 1 Corinthians 12, and Romans chapter 12, both remind us that God has given the believers, at least one or more gifts. These gifts given to the believers are not for selfedification, they are given to glorify God!
Those gifts are given so that the believer can glorify God through their works.
In our message for tomorrow, Wednesday, September 4, 2024, our guest speaker, Dr. Richard Robinson will elaborate more on this topic.

    Words from the WORD

    in Christianity

What does it mean to follow Jesus?
In his last recorded letter to the Church, the Apostle Peter highlighted a peculiar list of seven qualities as his final legacy. What he said about this carefully constructed guide is extraordinary:
It describes how we can manage the power of God to discover our intended identity. It captures the essence of what it means to walk with God’s spirit. When applied, it makes the expansion of God’s kingdom inevitable both in us and through us. This remarkable list was Peter’s summary of how Jesus Christ had discipled him. Jesus identified Peter as his prototype disciple, the first of many as the kingdom of God advances throughout the world. Peter’s guide will help a

The Majority of Christians are looking for White Messiah

    in The Bible

Who Really is Yahushua, the son of man? How did Yahushua come to Earth, which family/race did he choose when he came? Does it matter to know the truth of whether Yahushua came as a black man or a white man?1 Corinthian 1: 27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
