Five in Ten 8/20/24: Germany Blames Ukraine for Nord Stream Bombing

Germany has issued an arrest warrant for a Ukrainian citizen in connection with the destruction of of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline. It appears Kyiv will not receive any new military aid from the Germans.
