Garden of Enlightenment ...with... Luyu Wild Dove & Company
in Poetry
"Poetry IS When an Emotion has Found its Thought and the Thought HAS Found Words"... Robert Frost Poetry has its own individual voice in each of us. It is the lyrics of our experiences that form and shed enlightenment in who we are. Each poem paints what is, what is missing and the desires that burn inside each of us that we crave. They are the door we open in our soul's closet taking out our hidden treasures, exposing them to the world. Trinkets, jewels of emotions of different textures, colors and strengths we place before you in poetry.

Close Up Radio Spotlights Educator and Author William N. Cooke
in Books
Williamston, MI - Unabated and unforgiving global competition continues to take its toll on companies and their employees—forcing organizations to rethink their workplace strategies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Professor and author William Cooke wants to help companies and their unions build partnerships that optimize long term success for both their organizations and employees. With over 40 years of experience as an educator, consulting with more than 35 different organizations, Professor Cooke recently co-published Negotiating High Performance-Focused Partnerships: The Five Stages of Effective Labor Management Negotiations.
There’s been quite a bit of noise over the last year or so with big negotiations in Hollywood and the auto industry, UPS, and others. And there’s more organizing activity going on now than we’ve seen in years. The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service requires all organized companies and their unions to notify them of upcoming negotiations.
“Negotiating High Performance-Focused Partnerships, written with John Butler and Thomas Posey, outlines how companies and unions can survive this economy with increasing non-union competition. In a nutshell, it’s about how to negotiate and build partnerships that yield mutual gains, in the form of high performance while sharing those gains with employees when it comes to wages, benefits, and the like,” explains Professor Cooke.
Negotiating High Performance-Focused Partnerships is available on Amazon.

After Midnight with Rex and Pam...
in Poetry
Stop in After Midnight, We at L-N-P's After Midnight invite you to- dine on the words, voices of those giants; those ministers to the maelstrom brewing third eye bright, screamt from that reality, billowing, with their breaths. You've suckled with Bukowski, published obscene odes with Ginsberg, went on the Road with Kerouac and broke on through the other side with Morrison. Come .... walk past the edge of Midnight, open those doors wide and step through that portal. And as your eyes see, then the mind becomes a playground, a vast universe, Unique. Free, of the constraints born in preconceived theories, where your voice, will be uncloaked, Heard.

As its director, Ravernell has developed and implemented the program known as ‘Roots of Faith/Roots of Freedom,’ under the artistic direction of her husband, (Dennis) Tobaji Stewart. Held all over the S.F. Do you have your book in audio, and how well do they sell?
in Books
Too much competition in printing hard and soft-cover books and the market is oversaturated. It is a growing market for those individuals, who plan to publish a book for the first time, and for those writers who've written and published multiple books, but are struggling in sales.
