Rob Tribken, a seasoned entrepreneur and theologian, founded the Center for Faith and Enterprise to help individuals find purpose and fulfillment in their work lives by bridging the gap between faith and business.
Rob Tribken, a business veteran with over four decades of experience and the founder of multiple businesses, recognized the importance of integrating faith, spirituality, and work. This realization, stemming from his extensive business background, theological studies, and involvement with organized Christianity, led him to establish the Center for Faith and Enterprise (CFE). The CFE aims to address the need for churches to support individuals in their vocational lives, offering guidance and facilitating a renewed sense of purpose, fulfillment, and effectiveness.
Tribken's academic qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Faith, Work, Economics, and Vocation at Fuller, he incorporates insights from positive organizational psychology into his writings. He has actively contributed to retreats, classes, and groups focused on spiritual practices, faith-work connections, business as a calling, and the role of business in poverty alleviation. In addition to his work at the CFE, he has been involved with various nonprofit organizations dedicated to exploring the intersection of faith and work, serving as the volunteer Chairman of the Board for Partners Worldwide, a board member of the Max DePree Center for Leadership, and an advisor to entrepreneurs.
