Brian, a father of 3, had his parental rights removed by a corrupt judge based solely on false accusations. None of the accusations were ever proven to be true.

After a number of years of fighting and never giving up, Brian's parental rights were finally restored.

All of his children are at home now, still suffering from the effects of being abducted and thrown into foster care, the family is safe and together, working diligently to rebuild their lives.

However, Brian is not through yet. Even though he won his case, Brian is determined to hold his transgressors accountable. He is suing them under the RICO act.
