The Good, The Bad & The Ugly! . . . The Public Sector & Their War On Our Freedom

Tonight we will examine just how corrupt our public sector really is.  From law enforcement to public schools . . . to government and all of their agencies to the medical community!

Civil forfeiture is a growing business among law enforcement.  Close to $3 Billion since 9/11 to be exact.  What was designed to reign in on the drug dealers laundering their money has turned into anyone on the street with cash can be a target.  No warrents.  No Indictments.  No arrests.  And No charges filed.  Hows that for fighting crime eh?

Close to 70,000 Americans have been a victim of this practice and its only getting worse.  Companies who train police have been pushing for cash seizures and the money keeps flowing in.

Couple that with our SWAT teams, which are now being used as a first response rather than the last resort to any situation, regardless if SWAT is really needed.  More often than not,  with only a "tip" as their probable cause to crash down your door, take your property and in some cases shoot you.  We no longer need warrents to have our property siezed.  We no longer need due-process to be found guilty.
