This story will confuse you, bewilder you and infuriate you.  The State of VT wants to keep a 17 year old girl in custody until she is 22.  She is on a host of drugs that would stop an elephant dead in its tracks.  These are the people that are supposed to be seeing to the best interest of the child.  Drugs are NOT the best interest of ANY child.
