Where is it in the Constitution that says the President must always get his way?

So, the president can "Want" something, then Congress must act as quicly as possible to get the little "Boy-King" what he wants?

You see now Mr. Boehner, why Impeachment is ONLY option we have to stop this madness?

Oh, And by the way . . . When it comes to this new and improved radical Islam, that has exploded in the Middle east and just waiting for the right moment to explode in the west:
