Va Chief Resigns, Press Secretary Resigns . . . When will the President?

I'm glad there are people losing their jobs, but, why aren't they in jail?  Putting someone on a list, knowing full well these people will NOT get any medical care, is murder. 

The president knew of these problems and did nothing.  He hired a Vet to fix the problem and he did nothing.  Meanwhile the budget  doubles and the problems double.
