A St Joseph , Michigan Doctor is charged with 10 felony counties and five counts of diverting opiods and five counties of health care fraud. The delivery are 20 year maximum.But Berrien county prosecutor Mike Sepic tellWSJM now he agreed not to seek any incarceration time for the doctor, because he is white.

The prosecutor tell WSJM SHERWOOD BETWEEN 2014 TO 2016 WROTE PRESCRIPTIONS IN THE NAME OF FAMILY MEMBERS.who was not his patients.
