Pinkney to Pinkney All-white jury with no evidence convict Rev Pinkney

During the five day trial, not one witness said they saw Rev Pinkney change any dates or signatures on the recall petition. During the opening arguments on October 27, 2014 Berrien County prosecutor Mike Sepic told the jury that they would not hear anyone say that they had witnessed Rev Pinkney engaging  in fraud
