Health Awareness Day 2022 with the Urban League Guild of Hampton Roads

Today we are honored to host the 2022 Health Awareness Day with the Urban League Guild of Hampton Roads.

Chair of the Health Team Cynthia Hinton and members Maxine Adams, Jennifer Hyman, Jan House, Margaret Burton and VP Latisha Maul have come together to rally around this years theme Self-Care. They started with a Walk for Self-Care last Saturday at Mount Trashmore in Virginia Beach, VA.

We welcome to the show today our special guest Damian Tucker a Licensed Professional Counselor and director of Clinical Services at Newport News Behavioral Health Center, Alandrea L.A. Spruill a licensed Esthethican and Instructor, and Dr. Earle H. Williams II Psychological & Forensic Services.
