One of the most difficult things for some people to do is controlling anger.  However, it is necessary to do so if we want to truly "love one another".  In the first half of the show, Gary Zimak will explain how we can learn to control our anger through meekness.  After that, Gary will read and discuss the Mass Readings for the 31st Sunday in Ordinary Time.  The main message?  Love one another!
