As an employee who understands that neither the withholding laws nor the individual income tax laws apply to you, you may have claimed EXEMPT from withholding of federal income taxes from your pay. Whether or not your company alerts you of this deadline, you must do claim EXEMPT from withholding again each year by February 15th or risk having the withholding start again until you give your employer a new exemption certificate.

In this week’s Freedom Hour presentation, Benny Hillman, Freedom Law School’s legal researcher and writer/editor, will thoroughly explain the withholding laws and exactly why, when you claim EXEMPT, you need to do so every year.

After the presentation, Peymon Mottahedeh, founder of Freedom Law School in 1996, will answer questions about employee withholding and other income tax issues.

Freedom Law School has helped many Americans to live free of IRS deception, robbery, and slavery. Take the Seven Steps to income tax freedom on our website, www.FreedomLawSchool.org.
