Mary Beth is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Author, and founder of Akarah Life Practice in Bixby Oklahoma. She combines her training in naturopathy with energy techniques and a trauma informed approach to assist her clients in their journey to heal body, mind and spirit. She recently became a published in September 2022, as part of the author cohort for the bestseller from Action Takers Publishing, “She Is An Overcomer”. In addition to working with clients one on one, Mary Beth feels priviledged to share her story of healing and overcoming the effects of childhood trauma through her writing and speaking platform. Mary Beth loves to practice living simply and slowly for her best health in her Oklahoma home along with her husband of 17 years and their three children.
