Misty Kuefler is an entrepreneur in the yoga and wellness industry. She owns Enrich Yoga and Wellness, an Edmonton based wellness company that provides yoga instruction, meditation instruction, reiki and chakra healing treatments as well as Yoga Therapy. Misty believe in making yoga accessible for all bodies and demographics, she shows this through inclusive classes and inclusive pricing. Misty is a proud Accessible Yoga Ambassador. When Misty isn’t in school she is spending time with her family, usually enjoying a delicious meal or hiking in the mountains. In the winter you can find her reading a book beside the fire and in the summer you can find her camping or in the garden.
