Come and listen while Host Candace Gish interviews a variety of committed women weekly, whom are working to make the world a better place! #DivasThatCare

My name is Lexi. I am fifty-one years young, and for the past 28 years I have lived with Lupus and IBD. I am also continuing to recover and deal with chronic pain from a car accident which occurred 7 ½  years ago.

I have always been a physically active person, but my medical conditions and accident have thrown a curveball into my life and future goals, however, I refuse to let them define me and my life.

With each subsequent diagnosis, I increased my knowledge of proper nutrition and exercise, explored various strategies to live with chronic pain, depression and anxiety; listened to audiobooks and podcasts on health and mindset, and researched methods of growth, meditation, and exercise modifications. I am a certified healthy eating and weight loss coach, personal trainer, fitness instructor (Pound, Zumba, Restorative. Yoga, Trauma Informed Chair Yoga Instructor), Addheart facilitator and reiki level 2 certified.
