Tracie Frank Mayer is the author of the award-winning narrative Incompatible with Nature–A Mother's Story. 

She supports various charitable organizations, including the Parents Initiative for Children with Heart Disease of Cologne, the Ronald McDonald House in Cologne, Doctors for Ethiopia and the VITA Assistant Dogs Organization.

Together with her sister Dana, who resides in Seattle, Washington, Tracie writes an upbeat blog at www.menopausebarbees.com about the meaning, madness, and magic of middle age. 

Her son, her charity work, writing and travel are her passions in life.

She loves pink but will wear any color.
