Carmen Milagro is born of Salvadorean parents and is a SF native born "en la Mision". 

She considers herself an "Entrepren-Artist" and says "As an entrepren-artist I am always creating something out of nothing, if I am not writing lyrics , or singing my own music, then I create art, new products and new companies!"

My newest company is Borbón Skincare, Inc. a San Francisco-based, Latina-owned premium organic & natural personal care brand. 
Ms. Milagro sits on the board of Heaven's Door Cancer Foundation (www.heavensdoorsopen.com) and is also Director of PR for this organization that is so dear to her heart.
