An academic award winning, top graduate MBA and chartered professional accountant, Laura Bechard is the creator of the innovative ProVision Coaching System, promoting the effective, fulfilling union of family and entrepreneurial life. Having successfully developed her own insightful, business education practice under that same name, Laura now proudly joins ActionCoach, the premier business coaching firm worldwide
A strong proponent for family and community, Laura has a combined 15-year tenure as an executive member on the boards of Inclusion Lloydminster, Inclusion Calgary, Lloydminster and Area United Way, and the Saskatchewan Association for Community Living. 
A member of the Bow West Regional Leadership Council for Junior Achievement for six years, she currently sits on the national board for the Institute for Performance and Learning, and volunteers with Inclusion Alberta's fund development team, as well as her local church leadership team. 
Laura is also a volunteer facilitator with the Alberta Board Development Program.

Laura and her husband, Arnie, enjoy attending football and hockey games, experiencing good food, and traveling the world, especially for a visit with their daughter in Australia, Together, the couple have raised four children who are building their respective professional careers, while finding their inspired roles in the family business as well.
