In his book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki asserts that "it's fear that keeps most people working at a job. The fear of not paying their bills...of being fired... of not having enough money... the fear of starting over."

The words deeply resonated with Pam Ehrler, who, having dedicated half her work life to a "regular" job in her chosen field of civil engineering, was quite ready to become much more than what Kiyosaki describes as a "slave to the money." She knew instinctively that there had to be a better way.
Rising swiftly through the professional ranks, the astute business woman started to focus in on why certain colleagues in the office were obviously more financially successful than others. It proved to be an exercise in discovery that propelled Pam into the enlightening world of real estate investment and, together with her father, she opened PEcorp Investments Ltd.
Over the years, they acquired many rental properties and city infills, a number of them offering innovative "rent-to-own" opportunities for would-be home buyers struggling to qualify for a mortgage.

An essentially self-taught entrepreneur, Pam has learned a valuable lesson in creating wealth by having money work for her, instead of her working for money, a concept she is eager to share with others. Now a "Weathmaker Mentor" in keeping with her recently established, instructional support groups, she is passionate about raising the general level of money making awareness and, ultimately, breaking the cycle of poverty.
