During this season of Gathering, this year in particular (because every year is different for everybody, things change & what we know for sure LOTS more Changes are coming! FACTS ) it's a good time to reach out to someone that you might not ordinarily call, or someone you may have recently met that you know lives alone & doesn't have family close by, contact them, call them over. Loneliness is a major cause of depression and you may be able to keep someone from experiencing that during this season (& dont forget, its just beginning, the holiday season & our new admin. too :- ( by extending an invite. It's actually a good way to ensure that you " Have a Best Rest of Your Life" by sharing it with somone else!!! Happy Holidays... NJOY !!!!
