Joe Biden POTUS or Dictator? Control via Executive Orders & Emergency Powers

Executive Orders and Emergency Powers create Dictators!  This is Anti-American and Un-Constitutional.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Article 2 Section 1 "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America."

Article 2 Section 3  "he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed"

Where is Congress? Congress must put controls over both abusive Executive Orders and "Emergency Powers". The abuse of these actions destroy our REPUBLIC and create DICTATORS!
