WELL, LADIES, THIS IS IT! 

Join our last book study session using the  Healing Your Aloneness" Finding Love and Wholeness through your Inner Child, written by Erika Chopich and Margaret Paul.

Our book study journey of Healing our Inner Child through this book and workbook ends this week.  But our journey to heal our Inner Child will definitely continue.  This week we will discuss getting rid of the pain of loneliness and the fears of facing those emotional blocks with techniques such as the Science of the Spoken Word, breathing techniques and visualizations. We will reference chapters 9 and 10 in our discussion.

Join us and learn how mantras, songs, fiats and decrees make such a difference in your healing process.  Learn how to use your daily affirmations to change your life and your karma forever!  Listen to the replays to get caught up on some really good discussions we had in our previous sessions.  How we act and react today has so much to do with the unconscious and conscious scars from our past.  

Living from a place of inner joy, peace, harmony, and contentment is your God given birthright!  As you release the feelings of fear, guilt, anger, and abandonment to create a place of all oneness with your Inner Teacher, you will find your inner peace.

With or without the book and workbook, join my co-hosts Rhonda Doyle-Turnbough and Karen Walker, and I on Sunday Feb. 25th at 6:00 PM Mountain Time/ 7:00 PM Central Time for our last Girls Let's Talk book study session using this book.
