HOOKED ON HEALTH with WARREN ARMSTEAD

I was always told to look for someone who has been through some things in life to learn from! So today we bring to the stage a man who has done just that, Mr. Warren Armstead. I call him my cousin because we share the same last name.

From the first moment of seeing his posts on FaceBook I was impressed. Daily, he delivers the same message with different words. Yet all of his messages conveyed: exercise, pray to God, eat right, drink water and you will reverse disease.

Warren has been actively involved with exercising his body for most of his life. He attributes his ability to heal quickly after two extreme car accidents in 9 months to having built up his immune system, having a strong physique and always giving thanks to God.

His background is colorful and so is his desire to help others!! His whole life changed when his older brother was shot down by a police officer back in 1968. He proudly asserts he has No Shame and No Regrets.

He has a special message for all of us to hear and get it!! Powerful!
