We present the youth of STING Inc. sharing their 2020 College Tour and other related activities. This talented group of young people joins in this conversation and talk openly about what they experience on a daily basis and other concerns they share. Youth ranging from middle and high school to college and beyond; they have a lot to share when we truly listen.
STING, Inc. students continuously participate in Black History Leadership Sessions among other educational activities. This year Ms. Chelsea Williams, Director of the STING, Inc. Alumni and Junior at Kennesaw State University spoke to the youth about her college experiences. The youth are given opportunities to grow and speak in settings which support them in their personal development.
Local Politicians and Business owners are invited to speak with the youth on a wide number of topics. Other speakers, parents, students, and community leaders lend their expertise to the group of young leaders also. STING INC partners with non profits and offer community service projects to the youth.
STING INC. has expanded the services they provide to youth into Baton Rouge Louisiana. With so many positive and incredible leaders there is no telling where this group of youth will go next.
Mrs. Geneva Vanderhorst was awarded at the 2020 Annual MLK Day Celebration, sponsored by the Cobb County NAACP’s MLK “Living The Dream” award, A Well-Deserved Honor.
Join us for a Great show exploring and celebrating our youth.
