When it comes to emotions many individuals struggle with identifying and expressing emotions appropriately. Most individuals will feel, act and think about their behavior later. However, once one act out their emotions such may not be in a healthy way. Feelings can change however the action one demonstrate can have either negative or positive consequences.
Most children are now being taught how to regulate their emotions. There are however some factors that can make it difficult for some children. Many teenagers go throgh normal developments yet their hormones can play a part in how they express their emotions. Then we have adults that may also have difficulties expressing their emotions as they may not have been taught as a child or there may be other issues which may need to be addressed.
