Stress is something that many individuals deal with on a day to day basis. However, it is a known fact that many individuals deal with stressors that are unnecessary. Such can lead to chronic illness or injury. Some common stressors are normal. Such at times can serve a useful purpose.Stress can be used to motivate as well as break a person down.
