Making peace and moving forward can be easier said than done. Being able to move forward in life requires that one first learn how to forgive others as well as themself. Forgiveness is a choice. It aso requires that one develop empathy, compassion, kindness and understanding. It takes practice and work. However to be able to obtain the benefits it is well worth it.
