It appears that gun violence is becoming an epidemic. Everyday in America an individual is affected by gun violence. Time and again many are heartbroken by news of mass shootings, workplace shooting, drive by shootings and even shootings and violence between family members. What can we do to put an end to these senseless crimes? They are destroying families, ending the lives of others prematurely and making or communities and neighborhoods unsafe.
We all can play a part. Often individuals feel threatened and afraid to speak up against violence. Mental health, drugs and alcohol as well as gang affiliation has also been a factor. Let's put an end to this. I don't want to hear about another senseless death. Nor do I want to see or hear aboutanother child that has been hurt or killed while on the freeway or while attending a family event. Families are grieving and the pain sometimes never go away. Let's join forces and put a stop to this epidemic. I have heard it be said that guns don't kill people. People kill people. I want to hear your thoughts live 6/28/21 at 12pm Pacific. To join in on the conversation call 516 387-1914. It can happen to anyone and it needs to stop.
