Wrongdoing

1 John 5:17 states that all wrongdoing is sin, but there is sin that does not lead to death. Romans 13:4 states: For he is God's servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God's wrath on the wrongdoer. Leviticus 5:1 states the  "if you are called to testify about sommething you have seen ot that you know about,, it is sinful to refuse to testify, and you will be punished for your sin."

With that being said, do individuals really know right from wrong? If one is a Believer how can one knowing do wrong and think they would get away with it.
