Today's episode will address defiant behaviors. Defiant behaviors are more acceptable and noticable in children or teens. It is also viewed as Oppositional Defiant Disorder whereas disruptive, impulsive-control and the conduct disorder such is described as a pattern of angry, irritable mood, argumentative or defiant behavior. It appears now that we are seeing a growing number of adults demonstrating defiance as it relates to a number of situations in the world today. It can be seen as one relates to another in a relationship. It is prevalent in workplace situations. And now we are seeing it as it relates wearing a mask and social distancing. It was also seen during many of the protest that have taken place all over the world. Some would say it is a political issues. Others may say individuals are just rebelling. However could it be that such Oppositional Defiant Behavior could be detrimential to others including oneself? Lets talk about it. I want to hear your thoughts.
