Being A Child Of God

Do you know who you are? Who do you belong to? You may know your name and the names of most of your family members. However do you know your Heavenly Father? 

When an individual proclaim to be " A child of God" what does that mean? Many have often heard of that phrase yet have difficulties with finding their purpose in life. Is it true that there is a privileges of the Children of God?
