Forgiving yourself or someone else is not always easy. As a child many of us was taught to believe that when someone says that they are sorry that they meant it. Or perhaps the pain would go away. Many have learned that such is not the case as many will say the word yet lack a clear meaning of their action or the devastation that it has caused. This in turn can leave individuals feeling hurt, abandoned, betrayed or feeling deceived just to name a few. However, many do not know how to release the pain. And will carry the pain despite the consequences or destruction that it carry. Leaving one to make others pay for the behavior caused by another.
Join me and my callers as we discuss when to forgive. I will also provide practical skills as to how to forgive. By forgiving we learn how not to drink the poison while waiting for someone else to die. It will also set your mind free so that you can move on to much bigger and better things.
