One may view success as the achievement of something desired, planned, or attempted. Another may define success as fame, prosperity or wealth. Many will wait to obtain an outcome yet fail to acknowledge the sacrifice, respect or the individuals that they have encouraged, empowered along the way. I now view success based on how one assist others towards becoming successful. There are many resources to assist others in becoming successful. However many have learned that success comes with a cost. Yet many have also learned that failure was apart of success. There are also three types of successful individuals: 1. Those who feel confident and highly competent but genuinely humbled by their position or leadership. 2. Those who are happy to see their superficial make-up filled faces names on TV/press/business cards or in the mirror yet will not answer their emails and will not or cannot spare 10 minutes to speak with another unless it is necessary to influence or prestige or assist them. 3. Those that will hurt others to get to the top. And struggle with power.
