Elizabeth Spicely is the President and CEO of “RF and Associates Creative Solutions, LLC”.  She is a 20 year veteran in the industry of Marketing and Public Relations. She is also an 18 year Veteran with the Department of Defense in Public and Government Services. She is also one of the new co-owners of the soon to be launched Professional Football Team the “Virginia Natives”. The Virginia Natives is a Professional Football Organization (PFL) geared towards helping current and former Professional National Football League (NFL) players re-develop their athletic skills and injuries before going back into the National Professional Football League (NFL). 

Ms. Spicely has recently received several “Proclamation Awards”from Mayors in Tennessee, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. “The Proclamation Award”, is one of the highest governmental award given to a citizen. Ms. Spicely will also launch and produce “Mayors Lane”, which is an internet radio talk show geared towards developing dialogue between US Mayors and the communities in which they serve. 

Ms. Spicely is in production with her new TV series “50, Young and Fabulous”, which is a show geared towards the celebration of women in business who are 50 years. Also, VP of International Marketing and Public Relations with Adrienne Memmoli, the former VP of Billionaire Donald Trump and Founder of D’va Du on her new skincare line.

 Also, worked with BET on premier night to showcase singer “CeCe Peniston” on BET new “Unsung Heroes”. Ms. Spicely also worked with Bravo TV on showcasing the new premier of “The Tankards Thicker than Water”, with award winning gospel music singer Ben Tankard and family.
