California is Become Everyone's Doctor Including Employer in Violation of HIPPAA

Which constitutional authority is California Governor Newsom and the individual cities and county's legislatures applying that provides them the authority mandate that employers become the doctors of individuals and violate the HIPPAA Laws of individual Free Americans with a Free Will and the Right to Control their own bodies and minor children?  This isn't Americanism, it is communism and this is what they do in countries such as communist China. It appears they are violating Human Rights Laws and Constitutional Laws and EEOC Discrimination Laws in my opinion since these are experimental and trial injections with no short and long term case studies published in medical journals for review and scrutiny on the direct adverse health effects of individuals. Where in the Constitution does it provide these administrators and employers the authority to become everyone's doctor and make this decision for them under duress that if they don't comply, they will lose their job and income and become homeless?  These are not  FDA approved and Licensed Vaccines and even if they were, the choice should be confidential between a doctor and patient, not the entire government and the employers sharing that information from now on with the world whenever someone applies for credit ot work.These experimental and trial injections are still in research rial and development and now they're forcing Americans under duress to be used as their slaves, and property and chattle as well as  Human Lab Rats which is what Hitler did. The truth is that herd immunity evidenced by Israel and prominent Scientists and Doctors is the way to end a Planedemic.
