A Message on Being Good!

Tonight Wild Bill found a message from Dan Scott of Nashville, that he feels is one that we will enjoy and it will bless you! The message title is, "Being Good"!  As people of faith, if we spent more time trying to be good instead of pointing out faults in others.  What a wonderful world this would be.  But bring up the opinions of people on the issues of today, and opinions throw spirituality out the window.  Wild Bill will tell you that he understands that life is hard.  He understands being afraid.  He understands reaching out to people in need and finding out that water and dirt still makes mud!  Being Good is something that requires practice!  Bro. Phillip Francis used to say that it is not practice that makes perfect but perfect practice that makes perfect.  With people it is very hard to find out what perfect practice of being good is at times.  Why? Because to each person they see themselves as their ways are right! It is their emotions, their words, and their actions that are the most important.  Im always reminded of K-9 officer Dewy Kimbrell after his dog bit a theif running from a crime scene.  The man at his trial wanted to know who was going to pay his doctor's bills.  The judge responded with who got bit! The judge understood that a K-9 reacts to the person.  No matter how much this criminal was in denial the facts of the situation were clear.  Being full of the Holy Ghost will make things clear on being good if we will listen.
