The Power Of The Church that we can perform for others!

Welcome and thank you for taking time to be a part of this show.  We are still taking request for guest speakers and topics to be discussed on our show. 

The question tonight is what is your power to take on the enemy, flesh, and the things of the world!  Several things come to mind.  Faith, the holy ghost, our salvation, and our testimony is just a few that jump into the mind.  There is power in being born again but can we save anybody else?  Faith and the Holy Ghost is important.  But is that not like wanting to help someone with a dead car battery.  You know how to open the hood and you know your battery is hot...but don't you need jumper cables to make the connection?  So spiritually what is the jumper cables? Is it tearing down the ministry in our church because they are not perfect?  Maybe by talking politics, or judging others around us?  Do not think that will connect power to other people!  PRAYER is the true power of the church!  Is it not prayer that has us in communication with God?  Making that connection to the hot battery!  Can we not intercede for others in prayer?  Making the connection to the dead battery.  Is it not prayer on a consistent basis that allows the power of the Holy Ghost to work through us?  Because of the cross the veil was rent and we have immediate and constant availability to the throne room of the most high!  But how often do we take advantage of this!  How much do we appreciate it?  How often do we do it right!  Is prayer a way for us to ask for things, and more things, and more things, and become the want mores?  Does that feel or sound like a relationship of open communication?  We have asked Sis Bobbie Lively AKA Blog Talk Mom to share a little with us on prayer!
