“Get out the way and Let God do His work”

We should always just do the right thing when someone is looking are not.  A person of with good character does what is right when no one is looking. Christ has given us the gift of salvation to enter eternity once we believed. Since the scripture says we must work out our own salvation, this lets us know that there is work to do now. Salvation is a process it has a past, present and future.  The process of salvation is sanctification.  Salvation happens in three phases.  The Past - Positional sanctification, when we first believed, we were forgiven and set apart, God’s work.  At that time, we received salvation and the Holy Spirit. We are in position to receive all that God has to afford His children.  Present -Progression sanctification, is where we work out our own salvation, our part by studying and praying the process we are now in, sanctifying ourselves daily by “righteous living” and growing in grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, loving God, and others. Future -Complete sanctification, future begins at death or the rapture, God’s work and is competed when our spirit is reunited with Jesus. You must know that God’s salvation includes rescue, renewal and restoration for us now, not just for entirety.  We are not working to be saved or to receive salvation, but because we are saved and have been given the hope of salvation then we should want to work.
