Day of the Trumpet breaks the dawn upon the earth in which Gods creation dwells.  Men and their deeds shall be judged. The earth shaken; the nations of men brought low. No flesh shall be glorified in the day the LORD of Hosts judges all people.  It serves as a distant warning to all people to repent and seek the Lord. Flesh giveth to flesh, blind lead the blind, and whole of rebellion shall fall into the pit. However, those whose redemption is sure and certain shall be delivered. For theirs is the coming of the LORD unto redemption. On them the second death has no power, and they look forward to the day of Christ's coming.

Day of the Trumpet gives warning on that fateful event when your enemy approaches the #gatesofJerusalem. The #Watchman blows the #shofar, Trumpet here to give warning to the people in the city.
