Here we find those to whom Paul was addressing were being told directly that just because it was okay to do these things in Rome, it is not okay before the Lord. As this section is leading to more intense breakdown of sin and deliverance. You won't be ready to be delivered until you know that all have sinned, and the penalty is death.

Gods Truths meet the Sons and Daughters of Men who have changed the truth of God into a lie. Psalms two details the rebellion of men and nations against the Lord and His anointed and gives a direct line on it. In Romans chapter one the Apostle Paul finishes this section with a blistering expose on those who have changed God's truth into a lie. Here, we find the Roman Empire at its worst in debauchery and hedonism. Today nations of men have fought against Gods truth and changed the truths to which God demands. Therefore, Paul says "Wherefore God gave them up" to follow the lusts of their hearts. Today, society is hard of hearing, especially in America. God must get this nation's attention, as he will do to others. One day the nations will meet the Lord in Judgment. Gods Truths outweigh the judgment of men and women.
