Our Big Time Talker podcast guest today is Dr. Wendy Norfleet, the CEO and founder of Norfleet Integrated Solutions (NIS). NIS specializes in working with clients to fulfill their training, leadership development, and career service needs. Wendy is the author of "Leading Without the Title: A Blueprint to Growing into Leadership" and holds life coach, leadership development, and career development certifications.

She was one of Jacksonville Business Journal Women of Influence 2020 and has been named as one of the Small Business Leaders of the Year for 2021. Wendy is a graduate of Wayne State University (Ph.D., Instructional Technology), University of Detroit Mercy (M.S., Computer Information Systems), and Detroit College of Business (B.S., Computer Information Systems). Wendy is active in the community as a mentor for Take Stock in Children, a volunteer for Girls in IT at Andrew Jackson High School, and an active alumna of Leadership Jacksonville. She also serves on several boards that include Board Chair for Pace Center for Girls Clay, Immediate Past President for Jacksonville Chamber’s Information Technology Council (JITC), and board of directors’ member for Synapse in Tampa.
