Raised in the hills and forests of West Virginia, one of Karl L. Stewart's first memories was of writing poetry for his mother. Much later, following a stint in the US Army Special Forces during the late Sixties, Stewart graduated from the UW-Madison in 1972 with a double major in Political Science and History. Then, following a career teaching high school, he returned to his first love, writing. Now, this prolific writer and former Green Beret is an award-winning novelist, and we had a great conversation with him on the Big Time Talker Podcast, sponsored by Speakermatch.com!
