This week a very special TheDavidBowersAwards - premiering a new solo album by one of the most revered icons of Americana/folk music and the music world in general.  Bob Shane, sole surviving co-founder of the legendary group, The Kingston Trio, has become something of a legend himself and has now released a solo album of lost tracks from 50 years ago.  We share some of these never-before heard tracks that were recently found on audio tape.  They have been remastered and are presented in his new solo album, appropriately titled "Simple Gifts - The Lost Solo Sessions."  Join us online on BlogTalkRadio for the music and stories about the songs on this classic album Sunday at 2pm EDT/11am Pacific/6pm UTC or ANYTIME on BlogTalkRadio archives.
