TheDavidBowersAwards with Americana Kitchen Pt2

Because our listeners requested it, TheDavidBowersAwards is excited to present Part II of the music of Americana Kitchen!  This week, we talk with two of the artists from Southern California who are part of this landmark album as well as the creator of the project.  

Americana Kitchen is made up of top artists from Southern California doing 'roots' American music of all genres.  Dan Johnson developed the concept and spent two years writing, arranging and producing the project as well as selecting the artists.  These artists include Francesca Capasso and 'Jumping Jack' Benny Cortez.  Both are accomplished artists in their own right and here, they contribute their own talents to this amazing project.  In this hour, we talk with all three about the concept, what they've created and how it all came together.
