TheDavidBowersAwards with American Road and Generic from Tha Bakery

This week's TheDavidBowersAwards presents NJ country-rock band American Road and upstate NY Hip Hop artist Generic from his Tha Bakery production facility.

American Road  takes all the best elements of rock and mixes them with the best of what country offers with solid drums beats and bass lines, cool guitar licks and solos surrounded by lyrics of life, love, girls, music, growin' up in America and the occasional mention of trucks and horses. This ain't your granddaddy's country!

Generic is a hip hop star from upstate NY who has created a 'sound laboratory' ... a full-blown production facility directed for the advantage and promotion of new artists from all over the northeast.  He presents his own solid, commercial hip hop and talks about his desire to provide a facility and career help for artists who want to take that 'next step' and have their music professionally recorded.  At Tha Bakery the get, not only a recording facility but, mentoring in the how to's of advancing their careers.
