Her most recent book is Meta-Leadership: How to see what others don’t and make great decisions (April 2023.) She is a member of the Association for Psychological Science, The Association for the Advancement of Consulting, and Marshall Goldsmith’s MG100 Coaches. Constance, a former stockbroker, earned her MA and Ph.D. from Georgia State University in clinical Psychology.
