Rejection isnt always a bad thing. However, how we respond to rejection can make the difference between a purposeful stillness or a negative responsive mess. I use to wonder why I wasnt loved the way I should be by people in my life until, I realized many of them didnt know how to love themselves let alone know how to love and support me. Many times, it seems the wiser people are the ones sho speak from experience and are hurting the most however, always willing to help the next individual because they feel their situation isn't worth focusing on. Well, learn when its time to focus on you and not find distractions to numb ghe pain of rejection. Where I'm today, im thankful for being rejected because it began to make me pay attention to the vzrious people I associated with and who associated themselves around me. One is never to old to not work on becoming better. Im learning to consider myself in a relationship with myself and treat myself how I want to be treated. Learn how to compliment yourself, one can be humble and enjoy the reflection in the mirror without a fraudian diagnosis. Learn how to love you better and those who appreciate the the strength in you can connect with you. Some folks don't deserve your smile however, some don't deserve to see your frowns either. Say, thank you to rejection, you can only become better or be just enough for you and those who love you.
