How to maintain civility in Syria with Turkish infiltration & Kurdish fears

Turkey wants a buffer zone in Northern Syria to protect themselves.  Both the Kurds and Turks are the victims of casualties by each other, and Iran may the winner.  Now that the US reduced forces, Assad has an open gateway to regain full control of the region which will also empower Russia and Iran to achieve their strategic stronghold in the area.  Russia is chumming up with Saudi Arabia, too, whom they claim have a strategic oil interest in the region.  The upheaval of the American withdrawal puts the Eastern Hemisphere at an advantage to substantially control the global oil market and keep the US at Bay.  America has nuclear arsenal stored in Turkish air bases, and the process to maintain relations is delicate.
